How long does it take to ship?
Please kindly note that we are unable to give an assurance of the precise delivery dates for our orders. However, we provide estimated delivery in line with warehouse locations, stock levels, and expected shipping routes. We always keep an eye on the real-time shipping information.

What should I do if there is a serious delay with my shipment?
Please contact our customer service to investigate. If it is comfirmed there is an exception(i.e package lost)or delay will still last for a considerable time,we are responsible for a re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

How to track the package?
Once an item has been shipped,you will receive a shipment notification email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.

Originally designed for the spaces at Soho House West Hollywood, our Lorenzo chandelier is handmade from pressed glass by skilled artisans. Amber glass discs are mounted on tiered, antique brass arms that surround two central glass plates for great visual effect.
