Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos or video evidence may be required.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Change of Mind Returns

If you decide to return an item for personal reasons:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days

  • The item must meet eligibility requirements

  • Return shipping will be arranged after approval

Returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
