How long does it take to ship?
Please kindly note that we are unable to give an assurance of the precise delivery dates for our orders. However, we provide estimated delivery in line with warehouse locations, stock levels, and expected shipping routes. We always keep an eye on the real-time shipping information.

What should I do if there is a serious delay with my shipment?
Please contact our customer service to investigate. If it is comfirmed there is an exception(i.e package lost)or delay will still last for a considerable time,we are responsible for a re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

How to track the package?

Double-layered glass creates a series of scalloped bases and orb-shaped bulbs for a statement design.

Set on scalloped bases surrounded by contrasting edges, the globe-shaped bulbs of our Holly chandelier are each crafted from white swirl glass. Fitted with a dimmable function, its rounded brass frame is secured by tensile cables.
