We accept return requests within 60 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Items that have been installed, modified, misused, or customized may not be eligible for return.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping Policy
Orders typically require 7–12 business days for processing, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment.
Standard air shipping usually takes 7–15 business days, while oversized or heavy items may be shipped by ocean freight and typically require 4–5 weeks in transit. For eligible standard shipments, shipping costs and import duties are covered by us.
Most lighting fixtures are shipped semi-assembled for safer transportation and may require simple assembly upon arrival. Professional installation by a licensed electrician is recommended for hardwired fixtures.
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours. Cancellations requested after 24 hours may be subject to a 5% processing fee. Custom, made-to-order, or already shipped orders cannot be canceled.
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us and we will arrange replacement parts at no additional cost.

Finding a light with enough 'presence' for a double-height entryway is so difficult, but this multi-globe chandelier is an absolute showstopper. It handles the vertical scale of our tall ceilings flawlessly without looking cluttered. The staggered cascade look is gorgeous from every angle below. Our old single-bulb pendant created terrible, dramatic shadows at the corners of the room. The multi-globe arrangement on the Casen is a total game changer. Because the light sources are staggered at different heights, the light fills the entire space seamlessly. It’s bright enough for everything but has a lovely, soft glow.

I was worried a hanging cluster would make our dining space feel cramped since we don't have massive vaulted ceilings, but it actually did the opposite. The vertical, cascading design draws the eye upward and gives the illusion of a much taller room. It’s the perfect focal point without encroaching on the table space at all.

I am so glad I went with this frosted version instead of clear glass spheres. You can't see the ugly bulb filaments inside, and it diffuses the light so evenly that it doesn't hurt your eyes to look at it. Plus, it hides dust incredibly well compared to clear glass. I just run a swiffer over them once a month.

We installed this with dimmable LED bulbs and a Lutron smart switch. If you buy this, a dimmer is an absolute must! Dropping the brightness down to 20% in the evening creates this incredibly moody, high-end lounge vibe. The glass is thick and premium quality—no weird glares or hot spots.

We have a dramatic vaulted, angled ceiling in our entryway and finding a cluster pendant that could accommodate the slope was a nightmare. This canopy handled the angle flawlessly, and adjusting the individual cord lengths to compensate for the slope was surprisingly straightforward. It looks like a custom architectural installation.

Giving this 4 stars only because getting that perfect, staggered 'waterfall' look took a lot longer than expected. Adjusting the cords through the canopy ceiling plate is a bit fiddly, and my husband and I spent a good hour arguing on two different ladders trying to get the spacing just right. Now that it’s locked in, it looks absolutely stunning and feels very secure, but definitely prepare for some tedious adjusting during setup.
