How long does it take to ship?
Please kindly note that we are unable to give an assurance of the precise delivery dates for our orders. However, we provide estimated delivery in line with warehouse locations, stock levels, and expected shipping routes. We always keep an eye on the real-time shipping information.

What should I do if there is a serious delay with my shipment?
Please contact our customer service to investigate. If it is comfirmed there is an exception(i.e package lost)or delay will still last for a considerable time,we are responsible for a re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

How to track the package?

Our April Crystal Chandelier was inspired by the French era of the 18th century, including a grand chandelier, light fixtures, and pendant lamps. We electroplated the stainless steel with gold and the glass parts are hand-made of clear crystals, to create a luxurious look.
