How long does it take to ship?
Please kindly note that we are unable to give an assurance of the precise delivery dates for our orders. However, we provide estimated delivery in line with warehouse locations, stock levels, and expected shipping routes. We always keep an eye on the real-time shipping information.

What should I do if there is a serious delay with my shipment?
Please contact our customer service to investigate. If it is comfirmed there is an exception(i.e package lost)or delay will still last for a considerable time,we are responsible for a re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

How to track the package?

Featuring six tinted glass globes on antique brass finish frame, this is a version of the Mid Century-style pendants in the Allis restaurant at White City House. Daisy Bere of Soho House Design says 'The one in White City House was based on a vintage find, which we scaled up to suit the space. This smaller version is closer to the original. The champagne tinted glass with the bubbles also casts shadows and adds a bit of texture.'
