How long does it take to ship?
Please kindly note that we are unable to give an assurance of the precise delivery dates for our orders. However, we provide estimated delivery in line with warehouse locations, stock levels, and expected shipping routes. We always keep an eye on the real-time shipping information.

What should I do if there is a serious delay with my shipment?
Please contact our customer service to investigate. If it is comfirmed there is an exception(i.e package lost)or delay will still last for a considerable time,we are responsible for a re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

How to track the package?

Like freshly fallen rain on draped garden vines, the Viticcio Chandelier is hand-molded by Italian artisans from solid iron. Floral flourishes are elegantly accentuated by a hand-applied silver finish, while hand-strung faceted glass crystals dangle beautifully to scatter drops of light throughout your space.
