How long does it take to ship?
Please kindly note that we are unable to give an assurance of the precise delivery dates for our orders. However, we provide estimated delivery in line with warehouse locations, stock levels, and expected shipping routes. We always keep an eye on the real-time shipping information.

What should I do if there is a serious delay with my shipment?
Please contact our customer service to investigate. If it is comfirmed there is an exception(i.e package lost)or delay will still last for a considerable time,we are responsible for a re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

How to track the package?
Once an item has been shipped,you will receive a shipment notification email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.

Selenite is named after the Greek goddess of the moon. It is known for its soft pearlescent glow similar to moonlight. It is the crystalline version of the mineral Gypsum, and is revered by many for its spiritual and protective properties with some believing it unlocks the chakra of divine wisdom. The oldest Selenite crystal ever discovered was 500,000 years old in Chihuahua, Mexico. Suspended like glistening stalactites, the crystals in our Selenite sconce are painstakingly affixed to the frame one by one.
