How long does it take to ship?
Please kindly note that we are unable to give an assurance of the precise delivery dates for our orders. However, we provide estimated delivery in line with warehouse locations, stock levels, and expected shipping routes. We always keep an eye on the real-time shipping information.

What should I do if there is a serious delay with my shipment?
Please contact our customer service to investigate. If it is comfirmed there is an exception(i.e package lost)or delay will still last for a considerable time,we are responsible for a re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

How to track the package?

The cascading four-tier silhouette is made from champagne-colored, wavy leaf-shaped glass with a reeded finish.

Inspired by Soho House Barcelona, the Pollensa chandelier is defined by wavy, leaf-shaped glass with a reeded finish. Each piece, in a soft champagne hue, is mounted on an antique brass frame to form a cascading four-tier silhouette, suspended from a matching brass chain.
