How long does it take to ship?

What should I do if there is a serious delay with my shipment?
Please contact our customer service to investigate. If it is comfirmed there is an exception(i.e package lost)or delay will still last for a considerable time,we are responsible for a re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

How to track the package?

The Heracleum Chandelier from Radilum is a fusion of nature and technology. Its LED lamp, inspired by the Heracleum Plant, showcases beautiful white leaves branching from one stem, creating a unique and organic structure. With endless possibilities for displaying in various shapes, this chandelier adds a touch of technical sophistication to any space.

Please Note: We offer four finishes, gold, rose gold, copper, and black. We provide the default choice of Rose gold and Black, if you need gold or copper, please contact us.

Please Note: The RC Remote Control Dimmer allows customers to conveniently control the lamp's monochrome dimming using the included remote control. It's important to note that this feature is specifically designed for remote control functionality and does not support compatibility with wall dimmer switches.

Please Note: Only RC dimming comes with a remote control, warm light and white light do not come with a dimming remote control.

Please Note: This light fixture is designed with conductive paint to ensure safety. To maintain low power consumption, the voltage and power of each LED are kept minimal, resulting in a very dim light output. When purchasing, we recommend pairing it with additional light sources, as the primary function of this lamp is decorative rather than for illumination.
