How long does it take to ship?
Please kindly note that we are unable to give an assurance of the precise delivery dates for our orders. However, we provide estimated delivery in line with warehouse locations, stock levels, and expected shipping routes. We always keep an eye on the real-time shipping information.

What should I do if there is a serious delay with my shipment?
Please contact our customer service to investigate. If it is comfirmed there is an exception(i.e package lost)or delay will still last for a considerable time,we are responsible for a re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

How to track the package?

This collection is European style classical and elegant chandelier made of copper, glass and textile. The lamp body is made of dark-bronze copper. Produced through many exquisite handcraft procedures such as sand casting, and carved through exquisite skills, it is firm, stable, anti-rust, anti-corrosion, anti-scratch and non-fading. The blended glass tube of the lamp arm, transparent and shining, is stable and firm in structure with fluent and nice edge lines, showing luxury and magnificent vibe. When reflected by the light, the glass tube shows a three-dimension visual effect. The textile lampshade colored with royal blue is exquisitely made by hand, providing a mysterious and graceful vibe and showing the art of color matching. The light penetrating it is gentle and natural.
