How long does it take to ship?
Please kindly note that we are unable to give an assurance of the precise delivery dates for our orders. However, we provide estimated delivery in line with warehouse locations, stock levels, and expected shipping routes. We always keep an eye on the real-time shipping information.

What should I do if there is a serious delay with my shipment?
Please contact our customer service to investigate. If it is comfirmed there is an exception(i.e package lost)or delay will still last for a considerable time,we are responsible for a re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

How to track the package?
Once an item has been shipped,you will receive a shipment notification email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.

Give your 2-story staircase or tall ceiling a modern look with this chandelier. The globe lights appear to suspend in the air loosely which gives the illusion of floating orbs. The globes are made of clear crystal and use a G4 type bulb. The canopy is made of polished steel. See the diagrams for the different styles and measurements.
