How long does it take to ship?

What should I do if there is a serious delay with my shipment?
Please contact our customer service to investigate. If it is comfirmed there is an exception(i.e package lost)or delay will still last for a considerable time,we are responsible for a re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

Made from panels of steel left out in the elements to age, Acacius is one of our signature collections handcrafted by a family of imaginative artists in China. After developing a patina of stains and speckles, each panel is molded around the organic silhouette of reclaimed yukas, creating a finished piece as unique as the trees themselves.

Handcrafted in China from a unique combination of naturally oxidized steel and carefully procured veneers from reclaimed yukas trees.
Hand-applied finish is weathered and coated with polyurethane for added protection.
This collection is artisan-crafted from natural materials with hand-applied finishes. Individual pieces may vary in color, pattern, shape, and texture, making each truly unique.

Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth to preserve the fixture’s finish and overall appearance.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, chemical solvents, or alcohol-based products, as they may damage the surface treatment.
Always switch off the power and allow the fixture to cool completely before cleaning or maintenance.
