How long does it take to ship?
Please kindly note that we are unable to give an assurance of the precise delivery dates for our orders. However, we provide estimated delivery in line with warehouse locations, stock levels, and expected shipping routes. We always keep an eye on the real-time shipping information.

What should I do if there is a serious delay with my shipment?
Please contact our customer service to investigate. If it is comfirmed there is an exception(i.e package lost)or delay will still last for a considerable time,we are responsible for a re-shipment or refund according to your preference.

Crafted from all-weather wicker, featuring a matte black powder-coated aluminum pole and a mouth-blown internal glass shade.
Uses one 60-watt max E26 bulb (included).
Adjustable drop length ranges from 24.5"-165.5".
Matte black pole is made from aluminum. Includes 12 interchangeable matte black extension rods for hanging—four 6", four 12", and four 18".
Can be mounted on a vaulted ceiling.
Black and white cord is made from copper and PVC and measures 155" long.
Hardwired; professional installation recommended.
