We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Items that have been installed, modified, misused, or customized may not be eligible for return.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping Policy
Orders typically require 7–12 business days for processing, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment.
Standard air shipping usually takes 7–15 business days, while oversized or heavy items may be shipped by ocean freight and typically require 4–5 weeks in transit. For eligible standard shipments, shipping costs and import duties are covered by us.
Most lighting fixtures are shipped semi-assembled for safer transportation and may require simple assembly upon arrival. Professional installation by a licensed electrician is recommended for hardwired fixtures.
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours. Cancellations requested after 24 hours may be subject to a 5% processing fee. Custom, made-to-order, or already shipped orders cannot be canceled.
